Quirk of translation here- 人妻 translates to "housewife" but also has the implication of being somebody else's wife. So I actually think "married woman" is a more accurate translation because it implies that externality better, even though "housewife" sounds more natural. I'm going with "married woman" for now, but let me know what you think.
