When I download this and check file manager, the size of this pict is 9.37 mb. Which one is right?
That depends on your system's definition of MB.
This image is 9368592 bytes large. If your system follows the SI standard of units in Base 10 and defines a MB as 1000², or 1000000 bytes, it will convert this to 9,37 MB. If your system follows the binary system with units in Base 2 and defines a MB as 1024², or 1048576 bytes, it will convert this to 8,93 MB. Though technically that is a Mebibyte which is usually denoted with MiB. But that is not always shown as seen both in the Windows 10 screenshot above, and on Danbooru under the Information header.
