Apparently it's a particular kind of "offhand shooting" (meaning unsupported), but I can't find a verifiably formal term (only thing I get is "swivel position" from some ex-special forces youtuber) for the reverse left grip which appears to be... rare? But she doesn't look like she's properly resting her elbow on her hip and she could have held the sling tight under her left arm and over her wrist to stabilize the rifle, which would have been cool. I can't find examples of anyone doing the thing with the pinky. I've found a picture of a guy shooting with his ring and pinky on one side, almost like in this picture, and one where a woman's supporting fingers are 45 degrees or more bent backward over her hand. There are clearly some weird shooting stances out there that people are using, so I don't know if this is effective (looks potentially painful) but it doesn't seem to be unrealistic.
