Very likely. You could argue maybe shaped pubic hair but it's difficult to tell it's actually hair, so pubic tattoo is more likely

One thing I appreciate with the modular parts of some costumes in GF2, is how the devs can straight up make parts reference old costumes the T-doll had, Faelynn's school gym costume does have modular parts which straight up is her swimsuit from the first game and it's a nice touch.
