I couldn't find any info about that coat of arms on her right arm, but as the name seemingly says "Jenki" (eng. Yankee), it could be tied to a commander nicknamed "Yankee", who was actually a commandeer in the Army of Republika Srpska, who was found guilty of crimes against humanity.

So, there's a clear contradiction in symbols here as she's simultaneously wearing symbols of ARBiH and VRS.
