How to not see art like that if you find it objectionable: Step 1: Put flat chest -rating:g (if you want to only see General rating flat chest works) or flat chest -rating:s (if you want to see Sensitive rating, as in bikini shot, flat chest works) in blacklist. Step 2: Done. Hell, if you just want to be more "careful" you can add the small breasts tag as well. Finally, don't have to complain about it out loud, you know? If you wish not to see it, just add those tags to a blacklist. If you want to claim moral superiority by making this comment, well, fuck that and actually do good things IRL. Because you aren't doing actually good things to real people by complaining about this. Hope you have a nice rest of your day.
Note that the second blacklist option you listed will also block the G-rated posts. To show both G and S flat chest posts while blocking the others, you should use this line instead: flat_chest -rating:g -rating:s
We also have is:sfw and is:nsfw for G/S and Q/E respectively, but those only work with searches, not blacklists.
Also, sexually suggestive/explicit posts like this can qualify for loli/shota if the character looks young enough. Those posts can't be seen by regular members, so blacklisting loli/shota isn't necessary unless you're trying to get promoted. In my opinion, this one is borderline, so I'll ask about it in topic #8650, the Loli/shota check thread.
