She's definitely just broken most if not all of his ribs. Nightingale and Restraint do not go hand in hand.

I though D was human standard? E is below human, no?
I vaguely remember in Fate/Stay Night's fandisk, the Angry Malian has trouble with fighting civilians, and the dude has stats like "E", "E", "miserable", "pathetic", "bad", and "British teethcare system".

You're probably right. I remember how Rin was able to beat the lights out Medea with just some magecraft to enhance her physical strength

I'm honestly not sure at all. I worry that I might be mixing Fate's system with Warhammer, where 3 is the average human stat.
Also, gotta say I'm 100% in support of Nightingale here: if a nurse is explaining you CPR and first aid, bloody listen to her. Don't act cute.
