I believe this might be Sylvia (huajiuhuajiu)'s illustration. The illustrations are part of this animation and at 3:30 you can see 花久花酒 in the credits which is one of their aliases. Also Sylvia (huajiuhuajiu) has posted the illustration on their twitter as well post #5072667. I'm just not sure if miaotai miota should also be tagged since they are related with the animation work.
