I don't think the picture is implying that Cindy is mad at her for being into the same guy, it looks like she was disgusted at how unbeautifully Siren was gooning, or how unhinged her jaw was, giving her ptsd from the time Cindy lost control of herself and pulled it off, if one of the commenters guesses on the original is to be believed considering how she started smiling when Siren "fixed" her face.
