My best guess is that it'll be a "Get back here." chase, but for 5 minutes, before she beats him into a pulp, or threatens to kill hundreds if he doesn't let her rape him.

And when she does, it'll probably be shown as discretely as possible while still making it clear what's going on. I'm sure the writers know how viewers will react if they indulge in the male gaze for even the tiniest bit.
Doesn't matter how they portray it. A lot of people will react exactly like the chick in the bottom-right. Seems like it might be the artist's feelings on the matter.
Iirc it's actually criticizing some Invincible comic fans for thinking it's a dark imagining of Superhero comics when it's still reconstruction of a idealistic superhero comic but it was realistic and also calling out some fans for thinking what Anissa did to Mark was "hot" when it's actually a horrible thing.
