I think what happened is that Eris consented to the drugging, but not the oral. That would definitely still count as rape. But it's also possible she did consent to the oral and he was just too rough. I don't know if these factors make it too ambiguous for the rape tag or not, which is probably what DakTheMan was asking.
Genre-wise, I think this would be more appropriately categorized as "dubious consent," or "dubcon," but we don't have a tag for that for some reason.
For the record, I think "consensual" drugging is a very stupid thing to do in real life and I'm not even sure it's truly possible since consent is a dynamic process, not a one-time affirmation.

Pretty sure a lot of people do consensual drugging of themselves. (If we count medicine, legal drugs like Coffein and alcohol.) /J
That would be because that's an idiotic concept made up by people who want to feel better about their rape fetish. If the consent is dubious then it isn't consensual at all, end of story. Like you said, consent is a dynamic process, it can be withdrawn at any point, but if you're in a position where you can't do that then it's rape.
