I couldn't find the original source for this (the only matches on SauceNAO were the Gelbooru post I got this from and this DeviantArt post, which is larger but more pixelated), but considering all but two Ecru posts are tagged with bad ID, I think it's safe to assume any first-party versions of this are long gone.
