Thanks for uploading this; I'd been sitting on it for a while because I still wasn't confident with tagging it even after manually transcribing the text and shoving that into Google Translate. From what I could gather, the bottle is a "drug" (???) that doubles what it's applied to every 5 minutes? Is that label supposed to be a ring being split into two? Is there a meme I'm missing? She wants to put it on the imomochi... I don't get Kurachi's referneces a lot of the time :S

So I did more digging.
One of the tags on Pixiv was 'Baibain'. Looking at that tag, it appeared to be a doraemon-centric tag being associated with food and duplication, but the example/title image did have that bottle in it. (Imomochi/Potato Mochi is just the signature dish in Legends Arceus.)
Essentially, that's a doraemon gadget/formula known as Multiplication Liquid (aka the Baibain). When poured on an object, usually a foodstuff, it causes that object to duplicate every five minutes... and that never stops unless the objects are destroyed. In the original show, Nobita waited too long to start eating, and that caused things to become a bit of a mess, because exponential growth is a real pain in the ass.
If there's a meme you don't get, search the pixiv or replies for more clues!
