I have tagged and annotated all of the characters except for the one between Cure Arcana Shadow and Jett. I think that it may be Duet, a fairy from the stage play Dancing Star Precure, mostly because his style is so similar to Pas De Deux, the primary fairy in that series. However, I wasn't able to dig up any images or concept art of that character, so I can't be certain of that.
