People have been sentenced for these fraud schemes. Like Abdimajid Mohamed Nur, who was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Nancy E. Brasel. "10 years in prison and ordered to pay nearly $48 million in restitution". When the first page of search results for "was there actual minnesota somali fraud" gives me mainstream news sources saying that there was widespread fraud (whom I think prefer not to cover such stories), I don't think it is something to just dismiss as racism.

I saw the original video and that is a very biased take on what he did. Leaving aside the fact that the term "racist" has become meaningless due to overuse, he started every conversation by asking if he could enroll his son at these daycare centers and the providers always acted defensive even with that simple question.
