This is a T-90M equipped with later variant of APS 'Arena-M' and 'KSMZ' ERA (only on the side of chassis). The configuration of APS is kinda 'original' to patent, irl sometime to avoid clashes, the smoke grenade launcher was moved in front of the commander's hatch.:)
