When saucenao / Google Images doesn't work; give https://ascii2d.net/ a try, sometimes it helps find things the other ones can't.

The link you found wasn't one uploaded by the original artist, but merely a regular user showing off pictures they had saved.
If the words [자작그림] do not appear before the post title on that site, there is no guarantee that the person who posted the content is the owner of the artwork.
