Sigillum is a manifestation of Aemeath's fears about Rover, so this represents Sigillium as Aemeath's kid. And since Sigillum is a fragment of Rover's frequency in a mech suit, it's also their kid.
Could be perversion of canon depending on how you interpret it: a mother and grandfather, or inseki.
As for the censored text in the bottom left corner is "Let's kill it". Also a story reference.
EDIT: The Tweet was deleted and judging by their recent posts either they're leaning into the alternate interpretation or that was always the intention, so I guess pointing this out is pointless.

Artist was reported on Twitter for this so the intention was probably for it to be seen as a mother and grandfather. It does come off as slightly ambiguous even if you know what's going on but for now I've edited the context comment and will untag perversion of canon just to play it passively (plus I might've stretched the definition even then as I was only tagging the implication of it).
It's not that serious...
Yeah, I got lots of reported. I'm getting used to it at this point but still. Sorry, I didn't know a wholesome picture of a family could be that offensive. I thought it was very clear in the game that Aemeath calls Rover family and she also says that Sigillum is their child 😓
