Are you really still hung up about this that you still want to infest more comments sections about it? It's fan art, and traced derivative work like this is nothing new. This could be any other character, and it happens frequently as well with characters that look alike (spoiler alert: because it fits well) and characters that don't.
Give it up already and stop starting arguments in comments sections for no reason. Just enjoy the crossover art, or don't.

I'm not saying I'm not at fault for starting a trainpost, but at this point even artists acknowledged it. That's already saying something.
No, artist acknowledge that they share an archetype. You are alone in your schizo delusions.
Did you have fun downvoted in above post trying to debunk that? Anyway, at least for THIS particular image my argument is true; this picture was really based on other picture.
No one's denying that and they'd be silly to do so when both the original artist called it out and the artist of this work admitted that they referenced or traced it. That's a useful comment. You shitting up more comments sections and tying this to an unrelated outburst because of your hate for this particular copyright is not a useful comment, and I don't want to do this again. You might seriously need moderator intervention if you can't control yourself.

Last time I checked, stating opinion wasn't crossing any rules.
The comment rules:
> Don't post unmarked spoilers. Use tags to mark spoilers. > Don't delete and repost comments to avoid downvotes. > Don't abuse the voting system. Don't create multiple accounts to vote multiple times. Don't use bots or scripts to vote automatically. Don't mass downvote a user's comments to harass them.
The general rule:
> Be friendly to other users. > Don't insult, attack, abuse, threaten, or harass other users. > Don't engage in hate speech, use racist or sexist slurs, or engage in other hateful conduct. > Don't send spam.
Do I need to remind which one of us actually need moderator intervention?

An artist choosing to use one character as reference/tracing material for another character is not some kind of implicit admission that they believe the second character was specifically created as a ripoff of the first character.
You're the only person that believes that, don't put words in artists' mouths just to make yourself sound right.

Mods can and will bonk you if you insist on perpetuating ridiculous arguments across multiple posts. It doesn't need to be explicitly mentioned in the rules for them to give you a time out because you're getting on everyone's nerves.

No one is mass downvoting you, get over yourself. You're getting downvoted because your comments are stupid and no one wants to see you arguing about this idiotic thing again. It's not against the rules to downvote your comments just because it makes you mad.
