Looks a little suspicious, but could be a draft line the artist didn't get rid of? I'm seeing a lot of sketch lines too, like they've forgotten to hide that layer...

Wow, we really are just calling everything AI these days.

That's a pretty nonsensical draft line. It has no relation to any anatomical features and doesn't have any real use in figure construction: it's just there. Not only that, but it isn't rendered in the same colour and opacity of his supposed draft lines either, but that of the rest of the knee. My suspicion is that the "draftline" layer is just a bunch of lines and circles he draws above his gens which vaguely match their geometry to make them look more authentic, whereas this is most likely just part of the gen itself.
Also, a quick twitter search brings up https://twitter.com/IsThisRealArt_/status/1999269015404052503, which claims that this uploader is the new account of sunsetjoyride (who openly admitted to being an AI prompter) based off the timing of when he began uploading and both accounts sharing the same handwriting. It isn't impossible that a prompter learned to draw, but juding by what I've noticed and various AI art artifacts brought up in the thread, I gotta say I doubt it.
