Choujiroo doesnt (usually) do futa, and the text seems to indicate its one of the phaethon siblings shes talking to/whos the one in the picture.
I cant get the last part on the bottom left translated, but everything else indicates wise.

Yes, the dialog and commentary is enough evidence.

That's just Vivian's name. Also, make sure you add partially translated if you haven't finished translating the whole thing.

Probably was User Error on my own part, but for some reason when i tried to click the tag after adding notes, it didnt stay.
