Ebiten, the Curly Tatsugiri in the middle, is a boy, confirmed by asset #29345486. Not sure about the two shinies.

Also, no idea what ｵ~ｼﾞｬ is supposed to mean.

Edit: Figured out the meaning, it refers to Casseroya Lake (オージャの湖 in JP).
