Guess we now know why the First few Cleveland Shipgirls are so flat.

I think this is the most horrendous Kazen design of the year.

I was always hoping that she would essentially be USS Cowtits (like Ushio from Kancolle) but this leans too far into the "cow" theming.

I wonder if yd's recent fetish will extend to this boatgirl.

I don't think you understand the concept of "too much fanservice". This would have been a great unlockable skin for her to serve "fresh and sweet" milk if you get my drift but the Cleveland (half-)sisters have a rather stylish dress code that would have been a better option for the main art.

It'd be fine if Cowpens was clearly in a state of undress here, relative to a day-to-day outfit, but making this her default outfit is a perfect example of going too far. (And certain folks are likely going to downvote this comment into oblivion because they know they're guilty. )

I think it would have been funny if her base form was clearly a farmgirl. Like, "Cowpens" brings to mind someone in gridded shirt (whatever you call it) and suspenders with a straw hat, herding cows into a barn or something. Maybe even pushing a portable milking machine (her rigging).

...And then the first skin is predictably cosplaying a cow in said barn.
