It turns out to have been a very widespread event; I had similar Cloudflare issues that prevented me from even loading any pages, so I couldn't work on this until I got somewhere with a different internet set-up. Cloudflare was apparently fixed by the time I finished.

That was annoying. I kept trying to upload, and by the time I did.... I'm just glad Booru merges tags now.
