If so, I'd prefer to tag it as ambiguous_gender, implied_futanari or something like that, but I'm not super familiar with the rules and I don't want to mess with all the futa tags someone already added here.

It‘s not. Do not tag this as futa when there is no clear evidance it is.

That artists‘ copyright works are often futa while their original characters are paired with boys.
