Deku stomps yeah, I think the only CSM characters beating him are Makima and maybe Pochita if you push it (I haven't read part 2 idk what's going on with Yoru or lil D). The Gun Devil might stand a chance too depending on how you gauge him.

In a death battle? Basically none of the characters of MHA could possibly hurt makima. No japanese citizen can beat Makima
