This incest tag is losing its meaning. Kissing a relative on the cheek does not count as incest. Additionally, merely hugging also isn't incestuous.
It honestly makes me wonder what family dynamic these taggers have. I have a pretty unstable family too but I don't see any sign of affection & instantly take it as a hint that things get erotic behind closed doors.

Maybe they assumed ♡レミフラ♡ was a shipping name. It's possible the artist was trying to depict incest, but there really isn't enough visual evidence in the image itself to tag it as such.
By the way, if you're removing incest, make sure you also remove the relevant relationship tags like yuri as well.

I was considering removing yuri as well but I checked the description & it shows an example of cheek kissing so I left it there.
But still, it's not just this image that what I'm saying applies to.

I don't know how you've been on this site for so long without learning what yuri is, but given that you did look at the wiki, I would've expected you to at least read the description. In what situation would we ever tag a romantic/sexual interaction between two sisters as yuri but not incest? Either both apply or none do.

I did read the description, I was just left unsure is all. We're supposed to tag what we know. Both Flandre & Remilia are vampires but we're not tagging that because they aren't showing enough of those qualities here to apply the tag. For all I knew, cheek kissing is enough for an image to be considered yuri on this site but cheek kissing is still objectively not incest. Personally, I don't consider the example shown to be yuri, either but everyone has their own idea.
Also, incest & yuri aren't mutually exclusive. If 2 girls unrelated are depicted holding hands, you'd probably tag it yuri, right? Make them sisters & suddenly it's not, why? Nothing about the image has changed & certainly isn't incest.

I didn't say they were mutually exclusive. I said the opposite; that if the interaction between two sisters counts as yuri, then because they are sisters, it follows that incest also applies.
Yuri is for romantic/sexual love between girls while incest is for romantic/sexual love between siblings. Neither one applies to platonic or familiar love. If you remove incest but not yuri, you are basically saying there is no evidence of a romantic/sexual interaction between them while at the same time saying there is. Do you see why removing one but not the other makes no sense?
Also, do you think people looking for yuri -incest would want to see one sister kissing another? Because I don't.
