Unusually unattributed. Posting a bit of looking around in case it helps toward an artist ID.

The original post is by user "faithful" to the "baramclassic" board of arca.live. I cannot access the rating:e child's source URL but it would appear to be a commission.

The user has previously posted images with somewhat similar art style: https://arca.live/b/commission/149943152

Similarities I notice include:
- Skin-tone fingernails with faint cuticle delineation (i.e. the base of the nail is less apparent than the edges)
- Lined eyes with long wings
- Particular attention to the, ah, crease at the base of the thenar eminence?

But there are also notable differences in shading, highlights, iris coloring, nose shading, orbit shading. This reduces my confidence in declaring the artists are the same; I cannot tell if the similarities are perhaps a common Korean stylistic thing.

For what it's worth, the above-linked post is attributable to artist kkam-sang. Reviewing other art by kkam-sang makes me think this post could be by the same artist but would be a significant stylistic evolution in a short time period and/or reflective of AI assistance. Note the character in that post is holding a different weapon -- a scythe rather than the polearm depicted in the rating:s child of this post.

So as for a character attribution I suspect this is a depiction of a character class in the game Baram that user faithful plays.
