Kay and Darjeeling are a commonly depicted pairing in the GuP fandom. El looks so much like Kay that there's been official parodies. The parent post makes a little more sense as it depicts El with blonde hair instead, and with her wearing the Saunders uniform, it's almost like Darjeeling is surrounded by two Kays.
