I suspect they were going with a knight defender look, a standard-bearer if you will, and swapped her shield with the rapier-and-banner combo.

That said, I still prefer her GFL MOD3 look. It actually feels more paladin-ish to me and the banner combo would have worked just as well if not better with it. At the very least, they shouldn't have swapped her original chestplate for this silly thing here.

And... I know her artist is Wongpanda and he has not been shy about his love for ample frontloading. But Helen looks plumb with such outsized assets and it's worse when it's translated to a 3D model.

Honestly, her launch variant outfit looks very nice IMO and complements her assets pretty well (though maybe that's just Luxurious Wheels being a precedent for me), but I agree that Helen really feels more voluptuous than she needs to be, and her MOD3 from GFL1 feels more practical. It's a visual change for the sake of visual change.
