This is apparently a reference to Korone accidentally specifying her height in meters instead of centimeters during her debut, which is a meme in the Hololive community, though this is the first time I'm hearing of this meme (but I'm also only an outside observer of Hololive, I'm getting that information from a friend who is in the VTuber ecosystem).
