Might be a different Bochi altogether, the alternate Pokemon World version where she didn't underwent the canon event that turns her into the Bocchi she is.
Among the pokemons in the team are Musharna and Mew, which can spawn with the Synchronize ability (in fact, Mew can only spawn with that, and no other ability.) and they doesn't look like they're depressed, which means this Bocchi isn't gloomy.
