To be fair, I'm pretty sure her butt here is big enough to fit that criterion.

The Sakuras here are some of the few Fate characters we know to have canonical measurements and Passionlip's are
B160/W63/H87.

We know Melt is flat as fuck, and her Bust measurement is 75, so if we substract 75 from 160. That's 85 cm of nothing but Passionlip boobs (at the most, Melt is pretty thin even at her ribcage and Lip a lil bit more stocky so the number might be a lil smaller).

Fun Fact : BB's Bust Size is allegedly 85. So if you add a BB and Melt's Bust measurement together, you get Passionlip's measurement. I feel like BB might need to remeasure herself though... those tits do not look anywhere near like an 85.

So technically speaking, if you remember the B measurements being the boobs and ribcage with the Hip measurement containing the ass and pelvis, then yeah, her tits alone should not be double the ass + pelvis.

But come on... ginormous tits are what we know Lip for!
