In the comics, Mark, his dad, and Thaddeus were able to blow up a planet by flying through it together. Thragg is far above those three. Tatsumaki hasn't demonstrated planet busting abilities yet.

Pulling a Freeza and exploding the planet is way different from a small projectile piercing and destabilizing the core. Viltrumites also have delicate organs (compared to the rest of their body anyway) that can be damaged, which Tatsumaki can do. She can in fact use testicular torsion on you. Or pull your brain out of your ears.

They have not, they charged a planet that was destabilized by a ridiculously powerful weapon, Thadeus even said that if they didn't get it exactly right they'd die rather than destroy the planet, and that was with three viltrumites, they are not planetary in ANY sense.
