Even then, the only alternative would be tagging 1girl + 1other imo, as we can't definitively say it's a boy doing the penetrating, other than people making the assumption because it's the most common scenario. In this instance, I would say it's better this way for more accuracy. When they publish the more complete version, it'd eventually be changed to 2girls either way.

Even so, I don't agree with tagging strap-on and related tags when it's not visible, and according to the artist is, "a magical strap-on that can do everything a normal dick can" which basically just makes it futa the same way saying "they're adopted" doesn't make an incest story not incest.
