The last line in the dialogue selection: I don't know the significance of あと in this line or what it could be suggesting. I took the meaning to be something like "we start training now, go clear three slopes", but that's just a guess.

Her in-universe human father. Bourbon mentions the player character trainer resembles her father during her in-game scenario and some of her home screen lines. It just so happens that the PC trainer is Kiryuu right now (as a seiyuu reference to her anime counterpart's trainer).

あと just means "later".
