Khyle's Misato probably sees Shinji as a fucktoy, not a lover. Or maybe she's so messed up that she can't express any form of affection other than sex. I imagine Shinji would hug her if she womaned up and just asked for one.

Perhaps this isn't in continuity with prior Misatos from Khyle. If all of this were in continuity Asuka would likely have managed to kill her and Shinji by now.

Khyle hasn't drawn Mari, has he? I wonder how would she fit into his Evaverse. Perhaps he just doesn't like the Rebuilds.
