Honestly that's closer to the truth than one might think, after a while a lot of places start being recognizable by very subtle hints, sometimes even just by "vibe" alone. That said, this one is pretty famous because of the anime, so I've been there, which helps.

It's a famous spot from this particular anime; it isn't like they recognized a noodle cart in a random alley or something.
