@SpookyDennis Just so we're on the same page, the only thing relevant for loli tagging is about is how she looks in the image. It doesn't matter if her canon age is 26. It also doesn't matter if she currently looks about 10 in the show.
To me, she looks only a couple years older at most in this image than she does in the show. I'm personally on the fence on whether this one should be tagged, but I think there's a decent chance someone will agree with your conclusion and tag it.
