Please cite source. Closest matching events I can find was a 2019 penalty involving a private ARCA test which David Gilliland was docked 100 points, fined $5000, and suspended for 3 races along with another racer and an April 2023 suspension of Cody Ware which was later lifted after the charges were dropped, which by the way happened after the artwork was posted (Feb 15 2023). I cannot find any articles corroborating your claim.

Pretty sure defamation counts towards the "Don't engage in hate speech, use racist or sexist slurs, or engage in other hateful conduct" of the Community Rules
