There is one. A single one in Red/Blue. But on that weird world where your living expenses are exhausted on medicines, buildings and all various things for your creatures, leaving aside basically everything else (the trainer's own nutrition and hygiene included), and where you can get to basically anywhere by running or riding a bike, who could care about a car? That's why the company could only sell one.

The marketing department realized that if they want to sell cars there, they have to change strategies. Hence, lolis with few clothing. It always works.
