And I'll point out that this is something that was mutually agreed upon between Doki, Vivi (and Nijisanji), and Sajam, with him asking Doki first before even talking to Nijisanji.

And I'll point out that's not something that happens normally.
Like, what kind of mean-spirited morally-bankrupt company do you have to be to forbid your employee from talking to one of your former employees? What were they so afraid of that they thought this was in any way a reasonable demand, did they think Doki was going to poison Vivi against them? She doesn't have to do anything, they're managing to do that all on their own.

Not to mention that they weren't likely to interact in the first place, they were in different brackets or something.

I will remind you that usual practice for company VTubers in general is for employed talent to not interact with former talent to avoid confusion, Nijisanji aren't the only ones who do this. And again, Sajam went to Doki first on this issue.
