They don't, which is the caveat of NTR. Complete and utter nonsense, stupidity, and out of character depiction. Justified by terrible reasoning, and silly weak plot devices such as blackmail, hypnosis, etc in order to titillate the taboo aspect. Hence the straight up NTR right in the MC's face here being something of a rare thing. Just wanted to point it out. Rarely is there a good, believable NTR.
