AI-generated art (topic) is for works that reference or parody AI art, not for AI works themselves. If this specific image is AI-generated, then it should be tagged with AI generated. If AI was used to help create the image but the artist still put enough of their own effort into retouching it, then it would be tagged with AI-assisted.
For example, post #8204528 is a redraw of a character created through AI, but the redraw itself is not AI. Meanwhile, post #6203041 is parodying how AI artists create their works. The AI-generated art (topic) tag is appropriate for these. It is not appropriate for posts whose only connection to the topic is that they were made by someone that was discovered to be using AI tools.
