After watching some videos featuring this scene, the blonde-haired girl here may be Red Hood, not Alice. In which case, this scene is most definitely Leaf’s fault.

I've played the actual game, and can confirm, this is the final scene in one of the endings where you comfort Red Hood after making it out together. However, due to Leaf (Mary Sue) imposing that age limit on her, Red Hood dies soon after.

Well, I just beat H-end, and got this scene.
