Brazil has a dictator that was not elected by its people.

Edit: to elaborate, he's notoriously known in the country as a corrupt supreme court judge that takes absurd and straight up unlawful actions, and no other members of the court do anything. Whenever he's not in Brazil and shows up in public for the shortest moments, he finds it funny when he's booed at.

It's scary how a judge has so much influence in policies in the Brazilian Government.

Last year they began charging new users in New Zealand and the Philippines a $1 a year to be able to do core site features such as tweet, retweet, like posts and reply to posts. New accounts who don't pay could only read posts, watch videos, and follow accounts. Reference.
