Well, the video is taken down, so I guess I will provide the context myself.

During the pole vaulting qualifying round of the 2024 Olympics, a French athlete named Anthony Ammirati failed to qualify due to his crotch bulge hitting the vault.

Because of this peculiar way of disqualification, the IOC basically sent a bunch of DMCA to anyone who reposted this clip, so it's kinda hard to come across it.
