The commentary states Saekano episode 0, though specifically around the 12 minute mark where Hyoudou Michiru playfully throws Aki Tomoya into the lake and then tackles him. She ends up on top of him and then things start to turn from just being simply playful, but before anything can be really said Katou Megumi interrupts from the shore. She lets them know the others are about to check in at the inn, but then after a pause asks if she's interrupting something.
