I always felt Ruby/Sapphire had one of the strongest OSTs of the mainline games since I first played them, and the Sootopolis theme remains my favorite Pokemon-connected song to this day.

Personally, my soft spot's for the Route 121 theme, but the Sootopolis theme is definitely in my top 5-ish. Agreed on your first point.
