honestly, looks more like a huntsman spider to me. Fun fact: all spiders are venomous (they inject their venom into their prey), rather than poisonous (when the toxin gets into your body through means other than injection, such as inhalation, swallowing, or absorbtion through the skin). Most species of huntsman spiders don't have a venom potent enough for their bites to be medically significant, though.
